The stories and characters you generate using MythMaker AI are your intellectual property. The underlying AI models, software, and branding of MythMaker AI are the property of EmeraldSoft.

Some features of our service require a paid subscription. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law. We use Stripe for secure payment processing.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or us.

MythMaker AI and EmeraldSoft shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.
